FRAME MATERIALS

BIO ACETATE
Rich in color. Strong in structure.

Our bio acetate frames are selected for their depth of color, durability, flexibility, and refined finish.
The material offers a balance of strength and flexibility, making each frame comfortable for everyday wear while helping it maintain its shape over time. It also allows us to create bold silhouettes, distinctive colors, and a polished finish that gives every Palm Eagle frame its own character.

HINGE SYSTEM
Small details make the difference.

Our frames are fitted with lead free hinges selected for durability, smooth movement, and reliable everyday use.
Designed for daily wear, travel, and constant movement.

LENSES

Clear vision. Reliable protection.

Every Palm Eagle lens provides UV400 protection to help protect your eyes from UVA and UVB rays.
Depending on the frame, design, and intended use, we work with TAC, CR39, and nylon lenses. Each lens material is selected for its balance of clarity, weight, durability, and visual character.

TAC LENSES

Lightweight. Versatile. Made for everyday wear.

TAC lenses are well suited for everyday and active wear, offering a light and comfortable feel. Their layered structure provides reliable visual clarity while keeping the eyewear comfortable for extended wear.

POLARIZED TAC

Less glare. More clarity.

Polarized TAC lenses are designed to reduce reflected glare from surfaces such as roads and water. They provide a more comfortable visual experience in bright outdoor conditions, making them especially suited for riding, driving, time by the ocean, and long days under the sun.

CR-39 LENSES

Optical clarity with a refined feel.

CR-39 is known for its excellent optical clarity and clean visual quality. It is lighter than traditional glass lenses and provides a crisp viewing experience. It works particularly well with frames designed around clean silhouettes, precise shapes, and refined lens colors.

NYLON LENSES

Lightweight, flexible, and expressive.

Nylon lenses combine lightweight comfort with flexibility and durability.

Their material properties make them especially suitable for distinctive lens shapes and curved designs. This llows greater freedom in frame construction while maintaining comfortable veryday wear.

They also work particularly well with lighter and more expressive lens tints.
