FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us via WhatsApp or email palmeaglestudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
In these cases, Palm Eagle Studio will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non refundable for change of mind returns.
